    increasing vascularity while bulking?

    age - 21
    height - 5'10
    weight - 190
    bf% - 14%
    diet summary/# meals per day - good diet, clean healthy
    years lifting / workout split - 2 years seriously
    cycle experience - only one, deca only
    pct/estrogen control knowledge - understood now
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)- i want to bulk a little to gain size, however i'd like to cut after the bulk.

    I plan on doing a test cycle to bulk up, i just want a more stronger leaner look. However once i bulk i have 14% body fat now, and would like to lower it to look more cut. So how shall i achieve a very vascular look after i bulk, i understand a big portion of it is diet which i will have in tact, however i would really like a shredded appearance. I do not want to consider winstrol because of the joint pains. What are some options for me?

    yep i was thinking a goal of about 8% bodyfat would be something i'd like after i finished bulking to gain some lean mass, How shall i go towards achieving it? should substances be out of the picture, and concentrate on diet, or it would be much harder with diet alone?

    I'm looking towards 195 lbs 8%bf.

    low bodyfat helps but also higher red blood cell count helps too

    how may i go towards reaching my goal of lowering my bodyfat from 14% to 8%. I find it very hard to do with cardio and diet without losing much of my mass. My goal is to reach 8% body fat at the end of my minimal bulking cycle.

    If you diet and do cardio correctly you will lose very little muscle. You just have to be patient and only try to lose 1-2lbs of fat a week. Don't drop your calories less than 500 under maintenance and don't over do it on the cardio. Don't forget to take in a bunch of protein and BCAA too

    I'm sry maybe i missed this. Why don't you just do a cutting cycle now? Just take clen with your test cycle and you can lower your bf and still gain 5lbs.

    eq really increases you RBC count i hear and var really made me more vascular....just my experience

    my last cycle i went 180# 12%-> 215 7% on 6k Cals- 8k Cals ed

    thank you 189.....i am glad someone views this the same way i do.....why does everyone have a bulk and a cut cycle....if you do it right, you can gain a ton of muscle and still lose a lot of fat......that is my goal all the time.....

    the only time for a true cutting cycle is when preparing for competition......

    You put on 41.55 LBS of muscle amd lost 6.45 lbs of fat in one cycle??? I have heard of people making good gains but I am having trouble believing this one. How long was this cycle?

    it was 12 weeks about but also ive been 215 before that so muscle memory played a huge role test/tren/masteron/var

    every meal was about a large chen breast, and 1/4 box of wheat pasta it was not hard to get that many calories that about 1000 cals a meal average
    plus my shakes had icecream, lots of fruit
    i had a 50% carb 25% pro 25% fat split, i needed so many carbs for fighting/wrestling
    i have before pictures but i never had after pictures cause at the start of pct i was 215 7% but who gives a shit what you gain if you cant keep it- i was going to take pictures after pct but then i got hit by a car mid pct
    now im 180 again i cant workout until i have more knee and arm surgery.
    i could been like 185 when i started
    also its not 41 pounds of muscle there are other factors im sure as my weight increased so did bone density, tendons etc

    A little misleading...that isn't possible without a large amount of tren, DHTs and muscle memory, as you said. I wouldn't make it sound that easy for everyone to accomplish. It is very very hard for an advanced bodybuilder/lifter to gain muscle and lose fat without the correct quantity & quality of AAS..diet or not

    maybe not that dramatically but at very least add 15 pounds cut 3%, thats very reasonable on a cycle of test e even

    My first cycle was Test e and eq... that did for me exactly what you're asking for.
    I put on 15lbs and got very vascular and lean.

    Just my 2 cents

    SuperG - curious what your diet looked like (your weight, how many calories per day, protein consumption, etc.), and how much cardio you did?

    i think genetic play an important role in whether an individual is able to do this

    ithe best i have managed is to bulk heavy without putting on any fat - but only using hgh, T4 high calories and high doseages of AAS

    and i may have even lost a little bodyfat - maybe 1 % while gaining muscle

    i mean we know that u need a surplus of cals for muscle gain and a deficit for fat loss

    i think the only way to achieve cut and bulk at the same time is

    1. supreme genetics
    2. lots of gear
    3. precise calorie calculations and carb cycling (low on non workout high on workout)

    this is absolutely wrong
    the type and quality of cal is very important
