Looks like a lot of sets. I would do the arm routine twice a week and lower the sets and do one type of exercises one day and then the rest the next workout.
Ex:
Mon:
standing one arm DB curls 3x10
close grip bench 3x10
straght bar bicep curl 3x10
scull crushers 4x10
Thur:
dips 3x15 not weighted
DB precher curls 3x10
tricep rope 4x10
bicep cable curls 3x10
You could also add a superset, 21's, etc to it if you felt you weren't getting adequate work on them.
How many times a week do you train each group?
mon off
tues arms
wed legs
thur off
fri checst
sat back
sun shouldlers
Looks ok to me 12 sets per body part isnt to much, i bet a lot of people do more then that. It all depends on you training level to. We arent expected to do the same routine as a professional body builder.
cool fellas thanks
Looks fine to me.
