4 Egg Whites
2 pieces of wheat toast with 2 Servings of all natty PB
1 glass of orange juice
1 cup of oates (once in a while, usually when i'm going heavy on the carbs)
Stats: 22 years old, 6'3", 215 lbs 12% bf.

whole eggs x2 with those whites.
My bulking breakfast looked like this:
bowl cereal, 2 fried eggs, 2 toast, baked beans, sausage, 2x bacon. cup o tea lol
Yep, it was fat high but i had to go for a long time before my next solid meal. It made for a dirty bulker but i was a skinny fekker and i put on plenty.
Your plan looks far to lite n clean to me, unless the oats go in ED
Double the eggs, keep 2-4 yokes in and lose the OJ.
make the oats a staple and keep the oj and bread as a "once in a while thing"
