work on abs without losing weight?

hey dudes....i started juicing about a year ago 40 pounds lighter and about 4-7% less in bf im guessing...I was 179 then and i am 220 now...the 179 was cut down from about 185-190... anyway during this time my waist went from a six pack 33 to a flabby foldy 36.5...I never really cared much as long as I was packing on the pounds, til i actually measured almost 37 and my BMI issomwehere between 25-27....anyway im 6'3...I really dont want to loose any weight,Its a struggle for me to keep these pounds but the stomach is really making everything else look notas good as it should. ifigure an inch or so offthe waist will make everything look bigger.right? any tips on getting better abs without losing weight or cutting diet? picsposted here incase you are wondering...http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=356236(ps befores are not from when i was 180)

I'd go to the diet section and list what you are eating and make sure your diet is clean and you are eating at the correct times.

Also try cardio in the morning. You want to lose the fat, just maintain your muscle.

you need to fix your diet. post one up in the diet section for them to critique. if you dotn have one, type up what you normally eat on a day to day basis.

you need cardio...i have a tall skinny guy having the same problem run 1 mile 3 times a week...do crunches with in 15 minutes of running 4x25............this is my prescription to you you do this for a month you will start to see results....its really not even a true cardio workout because it should take you no longer than 8 minute miles...i run easy in the key idea hear is to burn stomach fat and build muscle......you have to watch what you eat to.... the more carbs you eat the more cardio you must do

You can work on abs and not lose weight but all thats going to do is strengthen your core, you still wont be able to see them without losing the fat. You should start eating a little cleaner because the mass you are gaining is probably a lot of fat/water and not all muscle. You should do a little cardio too because it's good for your heart. If you cut down you wont lose all your gains if your diet is correct.

Dude the 15lbs that you think you might loose by doing cardio and changing your diet is 15lbs of dead weight on your body, your bodyfat is way to high to be showing abs and the only way you are going to have them come out is by dropping bodyfat.
As Kaberl 15 said aslong as your diet and training is correct for what you are doing you are not going to loose gains, just fat! The pounds you are hanging onto are BF pounds, LET THEM GO lol....
It doesnt matter how much you work your abs if your diet is shit or dirty like you have said and your not doing anything to help cut a bit of fat like cardio then your not going to see them..... Sorry.
