Chins 4 sets to failure
Seated Rows 4 sets 8-10 reps
Bent Rows/T-bar 4 sets 6-8 reps
Close-Grip pulldowns 3 sets 8-10 reps
Deadlifts 4 sets 6-8 reps
DEADLIFTS, Barbell Rows, and T-Bar Rows.

I start off with 4 sets chins to failure
Then 3 sets of wide pull down, 3 sets of wide seated rows, 3 sets of close grip seated rows, and 3 sets of bent over rows. Works for me.
