    L-arginine and lysine dosage?

    i just bought some L-arginine (powder) and lysine(pills) and im wanting to try this for a while while im off cycle and duing post cycle...can anyone tell me the best way to take it and at what dosage is adequate?
    read that its good to take with glutimine but others say theres no need, i also hear that i cant take the two supps at the same time because they compete for absorption. can anyone clarify?

    I would use 2gr arginine 45min before ur workout for a nice pump.
    Lysine 1gr any time in the daay with food but not with arginine as lysine reduses arginines absorption.
    It is also stated that arginine with glutamine can increase energy more than arginine alone.I really haven't noticed any difference myshelf

    thats good to know thanks alot..i have heard of people taking 4-5g of arginine and lysine is that excessive? also i bought the powder form of l arginine and i dunno if its just my imagination but that stuff seems to smell like...how can i put this easily....my load! and honestly that stuff tasts terrible (the argine not my load, not that i know what my load tasts like lol!) has anyone else had this same experience? also i hear it increases your load size when you ejaculate and it already seems to be working to that effect, could this happen after only taking it for a few days now?

    Yea, for me it increases my load size within the day I take it.

    And also because it converts to Nitric Oxide which is a vasodilator of blood vessels making you feel pumped. Your Wood also stays harder for longer.

    It does taste bad, but i've tasted worse. Swallow it down.

    I take a table spoon of L-arginine, probably 4-5 grams for workout pumps. Sometimes for woody fun, I'd take about 10-20 grams,keeps the girl happy for super happy fun time. lOl. no harm.

    sounds good to me, im just going to keep taking it because i feel awsome. as far as wood, no go for me right now as im shut down from the tren/test cycle i just came off...its ok, good ol clomid will get me back soon i hope.
    as far as dosage ill take 3-5g before workout and then 2g before bed and ill see how that goes.

    Yea it's not like super powerful on the wood, but you do notice a little bit harder for longer.

    either the arginine or the creatine ethyl ester has a smell like hospital morphine. every time i mix those 2 up & get ready to drink it, i have flashbacks of morphine. i feel like im drinking morphine. its nasty sht, but suffering builds character.
