ok so i'm 21 years old 5'8 and 273lbs I have been working out since i was 15 and well I have always been able to be big but not lean. I'm normally about 250 but when i work out consistantly for a month i shoot up to 270ish wich isn't my problem I just wish i was lean.Last time i checked i was ruffly 21%body fat. I dont diet but i eat pretty good just lots of white meats some red fruits and veggies no sodas no drugs. Do lots of weights little cardio mainly because i belive my weight kills my knees and no i dont have any prexisting conditions,also i tried 8 week cycle of an oral clenbuteral 1cc a day and i got no results. So please help. I'm new so please point out anything i might of left out.
