    T3/clen cycle

    Hey Guys/Gals

MY BF is 5'10 260lbs 36w, 32% BF (yeah i like big boys lol) he has been currently low carbing for two years we dropped the weight together. Anyway I just purchased some the t3/clen.

What would be a good start for him? He does cardio 5x a week sometimes twice a day, he lifts low weights high reps. Clean diet as far as I know

    I. C.

If he is indeed doing that much cardio then i see no need to add any chems. Being that obese he may indeed already have a thyroid condition. no sense in making it worse. Clen and T3 is best used IMO to cut that last little bit of fat when say someone is at a already low BF%.

Well I was speaking on T3 only, clen is not a big deal but it needs to be cycled on and off. I just think at his given weight that he would be better served by focusing on diet and cardio at this time. I mean if he has already lost 40lbs then there should be not need to hit any chems at this point.

BTW, congrads to him for the weight he has lost already. The best thing you can do is be very supportive and recognize when he achieves gains and results. Positive reinforcement is a very motivating factor.

We lost weight together I was 350lbs at one time and got down to 190lbs he got on the bandwagon. We pretty much provide support for each other.

    WOW, good job man.

It is a documented scientific effect that if a person has someone to exercise with, that both parties are much more likely to adhere to an exercise program and experiance positive results than that of those who exercise alone.
