ok have the diet planned out for the prime phase and i re-worked my maintenance cals, i had my activity level to high, so its 1893 cals x 1.55 for a total of 2934. dropping 500 cals will have me at 2434 for this two weeks.
Going in to this at 6ft 178pds 25y.o., approximately 10% bf.
