    STARTING SLINGSHOT, make sure i'm set

    ok have the diet planned out for the prime phase and i re-worked my maintenance cals, i had my activity level to high, so its 1893 cals x 1.55 for a total of 2934. dropping 500 cals will have me at 2434 for this two weeks.

    Going in to this at 6ft 178pds 25y.o., approximately 10% bf.

    this is my diet for the two weeks....ronnie if you read this would you be able to post the sample diet for the blast phase if you have one set up?

    cals fat carb protein
    preworkout 430pm
    1 scoop whey 120 1 3 25
    banana 105 0 27 1

    postworkout 745/8pm
    1 cup oatmeal 300 6 54 8
    1.5 c eggwhites 180 0 5 36
    3 whole eggs 180 12 0 15
    1/2 cup chicken 120 2 0 22

    meal 3 11-1130pm
    green beans 40 0 8 0
    chicken 120 2 0 22
    natty pb 270 24 9 11

    meal 4 3-330am
    wwbread 240 3 36 10
    green beans 40 0 8 0

    meal 5 630/700
    natty pb 270 24 9 11
    2 scoops whey 240 2 6 50

    I'll post a sample blasting phase diet later tonight when I get back from the gym.

    Keep in mind that only 1 insulin/calorie/saturated fat/protein spike is need per day. Either in the morning on non-training days or post workout on training days.

    When a person is shooting insulin twice a day they would be required to induce two insulin spikes. I would also like to point out I would never use insulin or encourage it's use to others due to potentially dangerous side effects.

    well no insulin here, just good ol' fashioned diet and lifting hard...finally getting off of midnight shift as well and looking forward to sleeping normally and not being exhausted all the time. I think that alone will improve my gains.

    Wish me luck, really looking forward to some serious gains.

    looks good, should be able to follow and i appreciate you posting it up there for me...i'll keep you updated and i'm sure i'll have some questions along the way
