Here's an example of my diet:
#1- oatmeal and protein shake
#2- chicken w/ rice or potatoe
#3- smoothie w/ protein
#4- pasta w/ meatballs
ehhh, this is gonna take some work
I try to get 6 meals a day in but I usually don't make it there. And sometimes I have fastfood if I'm in a hurry, but one8nine usually makes me feel like a peice of sh!t fat @ss for it.
