I think all supplements are a waste of money. But its not like you'll be worse off taking them.
I agree with jigga......most supplements are a complete waste of time....the only thing i use is whey protein and a multi vitamin.....I will also use creatine, especially when off cycle and when using insulin....
yeah most are such a waste, sept for creatine and glutamine,i really notice a difference when i take a break from them.
Supplements are a money waster better spent on food...
Protein, glutamine, and creatine are good though...
i think bcaa's are anohter one worht investing into, and ***** 3's, ***** 3's are actually the ONLY supplement ever proven to be benificial to your health and that includes multi V.
i agree with all
what about CLA or flax and/or borage oil? Wont these help me retain a better lipid profile and burn fat?
fish oil, multi, maybe some livercare, and a joint supplement.
