should i keep taking supplements while on gear?

should i keep taking stuff like bcaa's and glutamine..etc. while on gear?

some people have told me that its a waste, and some have said to keep on everything like i wasnt on gear.

I think all supplements are a waste of money. But its not like you'll be worse off taking them.

I agree with jigga......most supplements are a complete waste of time....the only thing i use is whey protein and a multi vitamin.....I will also use creatine, especially when off cycle and when using insulin....
