is a sust only cycle a good call?

whatsup before i get started let me just say this is for a friend of mine who isn not a memeber...i know i know not believable but so be it thats the situation.. he wanted me to ask you guys if a 10 week sust 250 cycle would ok to do, with pct 4 weeks of nolva and 3 weeks of clomid... anyone have any suggestions if anything else is needed or that would help. once again this is not for me a pal asked me to do him a favor so here we go haha. thanks any info or suggestions would be great

Most people will say that if it's his first cycle he shouldn't use sust but just plain test as the different compounds in sust would make it hard to pinpoint the cause of any side effects, however i used sust @ 500mg p/w for my first and luckily had no probs.

Daem calm down thats way too extreme. There could be a million reasons he cannot post here. 10 weeks of sust is fine. If you have nolva on hand no need for the clomid. Run the nolva still for the 4 weeks in dosages of 40/40/20/20. Start the pct 3 weeks after last sust shot.

i was told earlier to take the nolva 3 weeks after his last injection and run it for 4 weeks, hes not going to be taking it during

It will convert to the female hormone estrogen (via a mechanism known as aromatization) by the (you guessed it) aromatize enzyme. Excessive estrogen can lead to unwanted side effects, such as acne, the growth of breast tissue (gynecomastia), fat gain and reduced fat breakdown, loss of sex drive, testicular shrinkage and water retention.

Youre friend is too small. He needs to put on at least 15lbs natural. 3000cals is not enough to properly grow. Tell "him" to check out the diet section.

it depends on gyno prone he is, and the higher his bf is the more sides he will have, i agree that he should cut down and put on about 15lbs natural first

have him write down his diet with how much he eats and when he eats and post it in the diet forum and i'll critique it for him

I think he may be referring to deca, as the longest ester in sust, it's an abbreviation for decanoate.

Sust is fine as a first time use but if your "friend" can get some Proviron (50mg ED} then the gyno should not be a problem.
