So I am wondering:
This routine calls for bench pressing twice a week?
and on one day you do 8 sets of 3 reps? all the same weight? (tuesday)
and the other day 8 sets of 3 reps? (saturday)
and you vary the weight each week from 55% to 100% of your 1 rep max?
and what are the auxilliary lifts? are they tricep excercizes or are they other chest exercizes?
