Not a bad today. My legs are hurtin a little right now, but i fell nothing in my calves. Our only seated calf raise machine was out of order for some reason or i would've hit that one as well.
I got a little pissed at some youngsters today. It was group of 3 and they were doing legs as well and i could tell that they were new to the gym scene. No problem, glad to see them working out. But they have no idea what gym etiquite(?) is. (And i wish i could spell it. Don't fell like going dictionary.com) They saw me on the extension, and as i'm stretching in between sets, they go and take over the machine. No "can we jump in", "how many you got left", nothing. Not to mention that there's 3 more, not being used and operatable, right next to mine. So the more i thought about it the more annoyed i got. So i walk over and tell them thanks for taking the machine, i'll just move over here fellas. And one of em says "well you weren't here, what's the problem?" So i say, "you saw me working it bro, you looked right at me. I was in between sets when you took it. No biggie, i'll just go over here." He says "whatever dude". At this point i just walked away and told myself to calm down cause these young punks can get me in a lot of trouble. Well i didn't know it, but we had a little audience and a couple guys told me that i did the right thing and not to worry about it. Normally it wouldn't have, but it was the arrogance that got to me. "Whatever dude?" Man that still pisses me off.
Shoulders tomorrow. I'm going to kill it.
