Thread: Test e/Tren a/Dbol Cycle

    Test e/Tren a/Dbol Cycle

    Decided to go ahead and post up this cycle. Why not? Little history about myself. Just turned 40 and have been juicing since 1996 and have been working out since high school, but seriously since 1994. Eating has never been a problem for me, but counting calories has. Never liked math that much. Just kiddin.

    Anyway, let's get to it.

    Weeks 1-4 50mgs Dbol ED
    Weeks 5-15 150mgs Tren Ace EOD
    Weeks 1-18 800mgs Test E EW (400mgs twice a week)

    Started cycle on 9-12 with 400mgs of test and 50 mgs dbol. 9-16 will be another test day, so my test days will be friday and tuesdays. I should mention that the dbol is being taken at 6am and 6pm, 25mgs per.

    Workout schedule
    M-Chest/abs
    T-Back/calves
    W-Off
    Th-Shoulders/traps
    F-Legs
    S-Arms/abs
    Su-Off


    My Diet:

    This is going to vary as my cycle goes forward, and needs some tweaking, but it's going to go something like this.

    7am
    5 whole eggs
    1 cup oats (this will be substituted for pancakes maybe twice a week) I know
    16oz lowfat milk

    9am
    Salad with 2 cans tuna, light italian dressing
    banana
    cranberry juice

    11am
    Chicken breast
    Some sort of potato
    Fruit

    2pm
    Cheap steak or pork
    Pasta

    4:30-6pm
    Workout

    6pm
    Protein drink and dbol.

    7pm
    Chicken or steak or hamburger
    Baked potato
    Broccoli

    9-9:30pm
    Cottage cheese with pineapple
    Banana
    16oz lowfat milk

    To be honest, i haven't counted the protein or carb intake. I don't cut things into portions. I just grab it, cook it and eat it. Well, except the oats cause i used to just pour it into the pan of water and wasted a lot. And the milk, i know those 2. I may add some more carbs cause i can eat this pretty easily. I'll take your guys' opinions. Let me have it if you think i need it. That goes for everything i post. And i appreciate it.

    As for PCT:
    I just got some nolva and proviron and still researching the dosages. I know some will flame me for this and it's cool. But to be honest, i've only done pct twice before with no problems that i know of. But since being on this site and reading and researching, i'm going to definetely do it this time around. Before it was just clomid and i didn't much care for it. If you have any suggestions let me know.

    I'll post some pics next week. Have to replace the digital that my ex stole from me, and the cash is a little tight til payday.

    Oh yeah, whos the first to respond? Do u have an ai on hand for any problems during cycle? Pct id say nolva/provirion at 20/50 for 4 weeks straight and might need some hcg to get u goin better for the last 4 weeks of ur cycle at 250iu shot twice a week (i.e. monday and thursday). Everything else looks good and very intrested in seeing cus i was also thinking of doing a cycle very similar, just not as long. WOuld only do it if i couldnt handle my sources prop or id do prop/tren. I like the part bout pancakes and u say i know, haha cus i do know! Whats up wit u jacking my workout routine punk! I have the same exact routine except i go mon-fri straight and take weekends off, nice havin 2 days in a row off but sometimes u need that break in the middle too. I like this routine for mass, been working good for me during this cycle for 7 weeks now! When i get on a stronger cycle i might do arnolds workout 6 days in a row doin every muscle group twice a week for size! Ill be watching close bro!

    I'm thinking the same on pct and hcg. I need to get my ass in gear and figure it out to be honest. I'll do this tomorrow.
    I'd be dead if i tried 6 days in a row. My routine will change when the tren comes into play.

    Of course i dont have hands on experience with hcg yet but thats what everyone says, if u use a 19-nor and/or cycle longer than 12 weeks then its best to add hcg towards the end of ur cycle out help recover better/faster. Hcg is pretty cheap so id add it. The way some people say (and makes the most sense to me) is add the hcg to the 2 weeks before pct and first 2 weeks of pct. In ur case though i might do 4 weeks before pct and first 2 weeks of pct for a total of 6 weeks straight at 500iu/week into 250iu every 3-3.5 days. Again, everyone responds and acts differently, u might only need 4 weeks of hcg or 6 or more or less. Id just lean more towards 6 though since ur runnin tren for 10 weeks and doin a long ass 18 week cycle at a pretty good dose.
    Yeah, Arnold was on some sh*t when he made up that 6 day a week split routine! Idk, might give it a go. Im still a young buck so next cycle i might be able to do it.

    Well i woke up this morning and i got myself a beer....NO..Wrong song. I got up this morning and i gave myself a shot. 400mgs test e. Followed it with vitamins and 25mgs of dbol. Day was off to a good start.
    Didn't sleep that good last night though. Managed to get about 4 hours in.

    Back and Calves

    Wide grip pulldown

    Hammer low row

    1x10 @ 90 each side

    Seated cable rows

    I cut the workout a little short cause i was fading fast. I wanted to do some chin ups and standing calf raises but just didn't have it in me. Weighed myself this morning and i'm 232 on the dot. Felt like i had a decent workout though.

    Yeah not so much anymore, kinda going through the depression part of my PCT and I can tell I'm losing a little bit of muscle tissue which sucks even though I upped my meals. Its funny I will probably drop several pounds the first two weeks then put them right back on two weeks later. I guess its the way it goes. Good luck homie!!

    Very busy for next 3 days though. Shoulders tomorrow. One of my favorites.

    Hey Reed. I'm not a wildebeest either (haha), but i think the no hair look looks better on me. Besides, i shave my head so why not the rest for a little while.

    Seems like a little much for front delts bro. Id say drop the hammer press and front raises and then add in a rear delt exercise. If it all works for you then cool but for me, that would be a hell of a shoulder day for such a small muscle group compared to back, legs, etc. Sometimes for extra burn for front delts on my last 3 front press sets, after a set ill grab a 45lb plate with both hands (one on each side of plate), extend my arms straight or almost straight, then raise the plate up to where my arms are straight to shoulder height, then slowly lower and repeat for 10-12 reps. Great burn for front delts inbetween those last few sets of presses. Give it a try bro.
    See, i switched my routine cus your tryin to copy me. I did legs today and doin delts/arms/abs/cardio tomorrow, haha! J/k bro.

    Yea, i've done the 45lb plate as well and i do like it. I'll probably do it next time around. I change my routines so much man i have to carry a pen and paper so i'll remember what i did from week to week (haha). Who knows what i'll do next week. You'll see as my log continues.
    Yea, i noticed yesterday that you did legs and i had to check my log to see if i worked out the wrong bodypart. Which of course i wasn't, then i remembered that you spent some "quality" time with your girlfriend and everything got clearer. hahahaha Just fvcking with you bro.

    It's true man. I've never done it, but i've heard of people chewing them cause they think that they'll lose some of the compound in their stomach. I've always had good results from just swallowing the damn things. They're small 5's. Smaller than an aspirin.

    Leg day - Also did a little cardio. Walked 2.5 miles @ 3.8. Easy.

    My legs are my weakest bodypart by far. I just don't get as fired up to do them like i do other bodyparts. Calves i could do everyday though. Don't know why i don't get into it, but never really have.
    Not feeling anything yet from the dbol, but thought i would by now. It's been a couple of years since i last used it and really can't remember when it kicked in before. Maybe early next week. Can't see it being any longer than that. But my appetite is definely up and i need to keep this under control or i'll gain too much fat cause i can eat like a big dog already. My boss, being a smartass, went out and bought me an ice cream cake and a box of capn crunch. What am i to do with this??
    I will gladly take any suggestions on a good leg routine. Can you put "fun" in a workout? I'll be listening. Arms tomorrow. I'm going to kill them. I'm already excited about it.

    Looks good brother

    Suggestion on the leg routine, add in some Stiff Deads and like a single leg curl exercise as well. I have to slam the hammies to get them to come out. Treat them like you would any other body part thats the key for me. For a "fun" routine look into the Milos Sarcev superset routine for the legs. Its on youtube I believe, oh now thats fun.....

    For me I finally started to enjoy doing legs b/c I get to expend so much energy and the weight you lift is much heavier than any other body part, at least it should be. Its a good feeling. Just gotta get pyscho and focused.

    Hey Reed. Yea, i wanted to the hams more but i just lost my focus. Started to think about cardio and it was over. Maybe i'll hit some stiff deads first next time. Just to mix it up. I do single leg curl sometimes and i do like those.
    I'll check out his routine. I've seen that guy before and he's one big cat. And cut too.

    Had a great day today. My ex called this morning and asked if i would watch our daughter for the day. Hmmmmmm.....Of course. We've been eating junk all day. But we did manage to get to the gym. Here's how it went.

    Barbell curls
    1x10 @ 65
    1x10 @ 85
    2x6 @ 105
    2x4 @ 135

    Seated preacher curls (ez curl bar)
    1x12 @ 75
    1x8 @ 95
    2x4 @ 100

    The only way i know how to explain this is by giant set... I think. Let me explain.
    I load the bench press with 155, then i get 2 dumbells @ 55 lbs. I set the dumbells next to the bench ready for curls. Then i go to the universal and adjust the weight for v-bar pushdowns. It was 140.
    Basically, i just do 4 sets. Close grip presses immediately followed by seated curls, then the pushdowns.
    So it went like this:
    Close grip bench
    4x12 @ 155
    Seated alternate curls
    4x12 @ 55
    Tricep pushdowns using v - bar
    4x12 @ 140

    Finished bi's with 4 sets of 21's.
    Finished tri's with single arm pulldowns. 4 sets.

    I only got 1 mile of cardio in as i was rushed to get my little girl. Which is fine, i'll make it up. She was just too damn "clingy" last night. Wouldn't let me talk on the phone, or be on the internet.

    I think the dbol has kicked in. My muscles feel so full, and swollen. Not only my arms, my whole body. Love it.
    Tomorrow is chest day and i can't wait. I might get on the bench just to see where i'm at. Max now vs. max later.

    My ex was sick so i took care of our daughter yesterday. But i couldn't go to the gym cause there's no daycare. No biggie, but we at too many starburst. So i worked out today as if it were monday.

    Skipped abs today and did cardio instead. Walked 2 miles on treadmill @ 4.2. I was taking my time today and ran into a couple guys i haven't seen in awhile, so i was there for a minute. Feel like i had a decent workout today. I miss not having a partner though. I would of went heavier on the decline if i had one, and i'm still a little leary of my left shoulder. It's not popping like it used to, just gets weak really fast. But it is better.
    Still working on getting a camera to post some pics. With some constructive criticism, i think i'll work even harder in the gym. And maybe i'll be able to see the gains better. And faults for that matter.
    Back tomorrow. I always get up for back day.

    Looks like a solid workout. 140lb dumbells huh? WIsh my pu$$y corporately owned gym would go that high, only go to 120's. Oh well, havent tried weight like that in awhile. I used to do a lot of dumbell presses for chest and even was reppin 120's awhile back like no thing but never got great results. Noticed i get much better results in size and thickness with barbell bench presses. I usually do dumbell presses closer and throughout summer for more definition. I got back tomorrow too cus i missed it today, looks like were on the same schedule again! HAha!

    Yea, my gyms dumbells go up to 200lbs. I've never even picked one up. I might get on the bench next week, but i have to watch my shoulder cause i really feel it when i do bench. Not bad on declines though. Weird.
    I'm starting tomorrow off with heavy bent over barbell. Then maybe some good mornings.

    Wtf, 200lb dumbells? U work out at ronnie colemans gym? Fu*k, couldnt imagine what those suckers look like in person. COuld come in handy for my with my shrugs, i do the 120's like nothing. Yeah, people with shoulder problems are better off with dumbells so id stick with those bro. Decline puts the least amount of stress on ur delts out of the 3 angled benchs so thats why its eaiser for you. Im just stickin with barbells for as much mass and size i can pack on these puppies, then ill probably maintain with just dumbells when i get where i want to be just to play it safe for the long run. Never really did good mornings. I watch my form while doing them but feels awkward on my lower back in a bad way so i dont do em. My lower back gets worked with my squats, hyper-extensions. My lower back is pretty solid i think.

    There's more than a few ifbb guys that go to my gym. Powerlifters as well. I see these guys doing all kinds of funky stuff sometimes. I kinda laugh when some of the bigger guys come in cause you have to wonder how much they're on. People tell me that i'm a pretty big guy, but compared to these guys, i'm a runt imo. haha

    Today was supposed to be back and calves, but i chose to do abs instead of calves due to the fact that i missed them yesterday, and they need more work than my calves. I'll make up the calves on leg day i guess.
    audis4-I know, i need to the deads and i was thinking about doing them today but the gym was cram packed by the time i got there and everyone was at the squat racks, and the deadlift platform was occupied by a group of 3. I'll get em next week.

    Felt like i had a nice workout today. I'm shooting for the 200lb dumbells cause i believe i could of gotten more today. Should've went for 180 and seen. I was feeling good for the abs and was focused. What made me grab the medicine ball, i'll never know. But glad i did.
    Had along day at work today and was actually tired till i hit the gym. Then i just woke up and got with it. It also helps to have other guys in there yelling and carrying on. Kinda fires me up as well.

    Hitting legs tomorrow to give the upper body a days rest, as my schedule was thrown off a little this week. No rest til sunday then everything back to normal. For maybe a week. haha

    Thanks Reed!! Back has always been my strongest bodypart. In between school years back in high school, i worked for a construction company. I was general laborer always carrying mud buckets, pushing wheelbarrels, setting scaffold, carrying 16 ft wooden planks, throwing 92lb bags on the mixer, shit like that. I think that's where the strength started.

    Not a bad today. My legs are hurtin a little right now, but i fell nothing in my calves. Our only seated calf raise machine was out of order for some reason or i would've hit that one as well.
    I got a little pissed at some youngsters today. It was group of 3 and they were doing legs as well and i could tell that they were new to the gym scene. No problem, glad to see them working out. But they have no idea what gym etiquite(?) is. (And i wish i could spell it. Don't fell like going dictionary.com) They saw me on the extension, and as i'm stretching in between sets, they go and take over the machine. No "can we jump in", "how many you got left", nothing. Not to mention that there's 3 more, not being used and operatable, right next to mine. So the more i thought about it the more annoyed i got. So i walk over and tell them thanks for taking the machine, i'll just move over here fellas. And one of em says "well you weren't here, what's the problem?" So i say, "you saw me working it bro, you looked right at me. I was in between sets when you took it. No biggie, i'll just go over here." He says "whatever dude". At this point i just walked away and told myself to calm down cause these young punks can get me in a lot of trouble. Well i didn't know it, but we had a little audience and a couple guys told me that i did the right thing and not to worry about it. Normally it wouldn't have, but it was the arrogance that got to me. "Whatever dude?" Man that still pisses me off.
    Shoulders tomorrow. I'm going to kill it.

    Omg, great story bro. I have stories like that but instead of punk kids its 70 year old guys, haha. Fu*kin old people at the gym always gettin in the way. Maybe its your roid rage kickin in, j/k bro. I would have done the same thing and if it escalated then id let them throw the first punch. That way i could legally beat their ass in self-defense, haha!

    I'm so worked up that i came home, took a shower, and wanted to go do shoulders tonight. I forgot to mention that i had to go in between 2 of them to get my bag and water. Now tell me they didn't know. I need to stop thinking about it. haha

    Is that tren already taken effect?? Oh uh, don't rip their little heads off. Happens to me all the time at the gym. With the kids that just started last month thinking their the next best thing or the kids using the damn squat rack as a curl rack, fvckin noobs. I get really annoyed people asking how many grams of test and tren i'm running each wk and if I ever come off. I think I'm starting to take it as a compliment though

    I've been alright st.pete, could be much better though, nothing to do with the PCT or working out I'm still keeping up. Just other situations that are happening at the moment but its all good just gotta keep on truckin. Keep it up homie
