I just did a google, they seem to be exactly the same thing. The suffix -um- might be just a foreign spelling as the both contain mesterolone in 25mg tabs.
However, considering the price difference, praps there is something different.. Anyone else know why this is?

That's just the product name. It is mesterlone (proviron). I've used that exact brand before. I really liked it.
