Stats 5’11, 22 yo, 192lbs about 9-10% bf
My current diet I just adjusted for some good lean gains. Here’s what I got same thing every day & measurements are not accurate but estimates
10am
80g Oats
50g Mix Whey Protein
12pm
1 cup Whole Grain Rice
1-1 ½ Chicken Breast
2pm
50g Mix Whey Protein
50g Waximaze
2:15 Gym
4pm-ish - Post workout
50g Isolate
50g Waximaze
Or I workout from 7-9pm so adj the pre and post workout for that time
430pm-ish
1 cup Whole Grain Rice
1-1 ½ Chicken Breast or 2 T-Bone Steak est 600g
7pm
30g Mix Whey Protein
Fruit Banana & Apple
9pm
1-1 ½ Mixed Veggies (Corn, Green Pees, Cauliflower, etc)
1-1 ½ Chicken Breast
1130pm
8 whites 2 yokes scrambled eggs
1200pm
Bed
Or if I stay up later I will have a Casein Protein shake before bed.
Note is nothing is measured except shakes, all food is pre-made and packaged so I can eat quickly. So far I have been on this diet for about 2 months steady (before was only minor variations) but my strength is climbing fast and I have yet to weigh myself so we will see.
I also heard that brown rice is not that good for a carb in the diet. Is this true? If so what is the particular reason or any article to back this up?
