Went to the gym and hit a few poses for fun

So i've been back in the gym for about a week or two now. I've taken a long break in my training and im contemplating if i have time for it. Saying a couple days a month is being generous for about a year. Every time i go back i and get excited like i'd actually want to train strict and do a show. If i were to start i'd want some before pics. i'll share a couple from tonight. fyi natty.

Lookin good. If it is possible and agrees with your goals i'd say get to between 190-200 and you would be a total bull. Keep up the good work. Scary for natural!

Nice one liking the veins popping from the shoulder, what's your main excercises for your delts?

You look bigger than 175lbs. Hows your legs?

Thanks bud, i was just under 200 when i stopped lifting seriously in late 06, my goal was 220. Its amazing how things happen in life and there is nothing you can do about it, only watch things change. We'll see what happens next.

For my shoulders i make sure to isolate all three heads of the delt, and stretch them hard inbetween sets.

lateral raises, becareful not to lift them higher than your shoulder itself, your traps will take over and get pumped up. it makes it difficult to isolate your delts when your neck and traps are fighing for your concentration.

standing bent over lateral raises for rear heads. go really light until just your rear heads get pumped and you can isolate them.

bench dips, play with your grip and your width to isolate your front delts and not your triceps.

behind the back cable lateral raises. great stretch. play with your angle you can hit both your middle head and your front head to really get your shoulders pumped.

thats about it i was going to say shoulder press, upright rows, shrugs etc but i dont do them :-D

i have some leg pics, i'll see what i can do.

^ I'm glad you said "i was going to say shoulder press, upright rows, shrugs etc but i dont do them"

It just goes to show that just because the "basic" exercises work for others, does not necessarily mean they will work for you. It's all about learning what works for YOUR body, not what has worked for others.

Looking thick bro, if you kept it consistent you would look that much better
