post injection or not post injection pain?

so i totally get that as this being my first cycle and im doin 250mg of test e twice a week my muscles will hurt. but like monday, i injected into my left glute, and my tail bone is swollen. the glute itself isnt to bad? is this post injection pain or do i have a bigger problem?

i inject in delts.. rub the spot for about 5 minutes after and it never lumps up or anything.. i dont know to much but i think the lump is because the oil isnt spreading out.. try massaging the spot for about 5-10 minutes to spread it out
