sometimes some raw egg whites
was thinking of starting to add some PB
blend together and drink

Thats the same as my PWO minus the raw egg whites, some times if they are the pasturized ones in the carton. PB would be good if your bulking I think, Its efa are good.
We are all different and so is the response that our bodies gives up from certain foods. There is no way someone else can tell you whats right and wrong . Unless of course you are WAY off track but anyway diet is trial and error , case closed !
i think that may be to much protein
that would be aprox like 80g of protein.
Its too much for my taste. But that really depends on your daily protein needs and how meny meals you do a day.
How about:
Just the 100g oats, eggs, and some cottage and PB if wished pre-WO
And PWO 50g whey in skimmed milk and oats and/or fruit (apple). And the PB if you want too.
read somewhere that egg whites should be cooked first
and that raw eggs are not that good
