Lost a lot of weight on cutting calories and doing cardio 4 times a week and have become to scrawny for my liking and want to gain a nice bit of muscle i am fairly toned.
I would hit the weights 6x per week, even if it's just for 45 mins to an hour
i think i am not eating enougth calories due to work(carpenter) and low apetite
DAILY DIET
7.00-oatmeal with semi skimmed milk,cod liver oil,multivitamin
Add some protein to this meal
10.00,brown pitta bread,apple,2 boiled eggs
1.00,can of tuna in sunflower oil(drained)bananna,handfull of grapes
4.00-lift weights in gym
5.30-2 scoops of whey mixed with skimmed milk
You need some carbs here (Maybe a sweet potato or red potato)
6.00,cup of cauliflower,2 cups of broccolli,peas,salmon steak Good
i change my 6.00 clock meal every day i add different veg and meats eg chicken turkey white fish etc and add potatoes some nights
i eat no junk at all
drink 3 litres of water per day
lift 3 times per week every other day
ive stopped cardio as i dont want to lose no more weight is this the right thing to do
I guess I can't really help you here as I haven't done a strict bulk as of yet, but I think you'd be fine to cut, or at least cut down, on the cardio
any help will be appreciated
please note i dont want to be massive just a fairly nice medium build
