I currently train 5 days a week only on supps and dieting along with sleep.
Once I start my test-e cycle (500mg per week) will I still need to keep a week between training the same body parts?
And can I train certain body parts alot more? for example my lagging parts?
Also, how much cardio can you get away with without hindering your gains taking into account this will be a bulk cycle?

Perhaps I should have mentioned that I don't do typical bodybuilding workouts, I try to combine powerlifting and olympic weightlifting, so it's basically snatches, clean & jerks, squats (front, back), presses (bench, military, BTN) and core training (
). 1-5 reps. Obviously it's not the same workout every time.
