for my taste its waaay too much excercise.
you can co for lest say 14 sets for chest. But after that 8-10 sets of tris are more than enough.

Stick with a min of 12 sets to max of 16 is a good rule of thumb for the large muscle groups. People only really go out of those ranges temporarily for a one reason or another. Stick with a routine no more than 6 weeks and switch it up. It is best way to make the body respond!

You have 20 sets for chest listed, that is WAY more than you need if your intensity is where it should be. The other major factor in overtraining is how often you are training that muscle.

i usually do no more than 12-14 sets to my chest. How people can still function passed that is beyond me.

Well id say it depends on how fast you are doing it. If you can finish that workout in 30 mins i wouldnt call it overtraining. If its taking you over an hour then you might be.

12 sets for chest? You might as well just stretch and go home. Thats rediculous. If you CANT destroy a tiny muscle group like your chest in 3 sets, you are not lifting...you're doing aerobics.
