    Question chicken breast

    some sites say 4 oz of chicken breast is 40 g protein and some say 8oz is 40g protein which is true because i never know how much chicken to add to the meals?

    Everything I've read says 8 oz. so thats what i eat with each meal. In any case, if you're anywhere above 160 lbs, i don't see how 4 oz would satisfy your hunger/

    my bag says 4oz = 22grams so i eat 8 throw in a tortia wrap that has 9 grams
    take in about 53grams of protien

    5oz cooked is 43g protein. 8oz uncooked is about 52g protein. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ This is straight from the USDA site.
