My schedule changed a lot and i am really limited on time, would someone be able to suggest a 2 day a week work out. I remember reading that a few guys on here do it 2 times a week.
So any help would be really appreciated

You can do a full body routine twice a week and get good results possibly. Ill post an example later on.
