I am going on two months in which I have completely stopped working out. My rotator cuff started hurting so bad I could not hardly lift anything. I decided to take a break for a while to see if it would heal but it hasn't gotten any better.

I haven't went to the doctor because I already know he will tell me to "stop working out". I have tried doing some rehab on it with 5lb dumbells but it makes it worse. I am so depressed it is not even funny. I even thought about doing another cycle with deca in it to help with the pain but I think it would just be masking it and when I end the cycle the pain would still be there or perhaps even be in more pain!

I thought I would try to see if anyone here has any suggestions or "success stories" that might shed a little light on the issue...if you do, please, please share them!
