whats up guys....just thought ide post some pics from about 3 months ago compaired to about 30 mins ago....im gonna start tracking my progress just from dieting with no AS....i went and had my body fat done at the gym....they did a 7 point skin fold and these are the measurements i got
chest: 6
mid axillary: 8
tricep: 4.5
subscapular: 13
abdomen: 14
suprailliac: 10
thigh: 7
average of 8.5 %
6'1" 215-220
23 yoa
i know its more than that but from what i was to what i am...i can live with that...im on the verge of being skinny fat and thats why im doing a lean bulk diet so lets see what happens over then next few months....and just incase it aint obvious the pics are in now and then order.
