I used to look at thread titles like this and instantly knew the answer was going to be "you don't need a cycle" or "you have plenty of natural growth left", and normally I would agree with you based on the following stats. Unfortunately, these are not the answers that I am looking for, I just really want some quality advice... Really looking for K.Biz or Number 12 to jump in because they are the only people I see around here from back in the day that knew their ish.
Stats: Too Small (right now)
Age: 22
Height: 5'10
Weight: 172
BF: 11%ish
Goals BEFORE Cycle
180lbs
12%BF
Diet: 3200-3500 cals, ~275-300g protein, 225-250g carbs, 100-120g fat.
Not the best diet, but it works for me, and this will certainly be refined pre/during/post cycle.
Cycle Support:
FF Niacin
Milkthistle (I take a ton on cycle)
Hawthorne Berry
Fish Oil
Multi
Saw Palmetto (may cut this out based on responses)
Now that we got all the pre-quals out of the way, here are the goals with this cycle. I will be waiting a couple months, just want to get it planned out. Want to put on as much mass as possible, not concerned about a "dry look" or keeping BF low on cycle.
Since I haven't been around for a while, I don't even know whats out there... 2perdrol? P-Plex? Superdrol? H-drol?
Ideally would like to do a short stacked cycle of two compounds and follow with clen and either nolva or clomid. Help me plan it...
And yes, I am too small, too young, too sh1tty of a diet, etc etc, so no need to reiterate these points![]()
