    time interval resting question

    When lifting for cutting how would you say your rest intervals should be


    when lifting for power and strength how long should your rest intervals be



    i was told that for power and strength you should wait until your heart rate slows down, which could usually mean about 2-3 minutes .. is that too long ?

    and when cutting its tough but would you guys say around 1 minute ?

    what do you guys tend to do personally ?

    When maxing out I would take 3-4 min rest or until I feel like I can go again.

    When lifting for cutting I would take as long as it took my partner to finish his set, could be 30 seconds.
