Would appreciate any advice/suggestions.
4 day split cycle:
Chest/Calves
Arms
Shoulders/Back
Legs
Necessary breaks in between, with cardio and abs on those days.
I've been on a 5x5 cycle before, as well as other 3 day splits, 4 days splits, even 2 day splits when I started a few years back. Trying to bulk while on cycle of dbol/sust/deca but also want definition and not a bloat freak.
