I'm naturally more prone to getting size gains as opposed to strength gains...
I've always gotten size quicker than I have strength. People tell me I look really strong but I know I'm not as strong as I look. I suppose it might be water retention inside the muscles but I'm wondering...
what does this mean in terms of my muscle fibers?
Does it mean I have more fast twitch or more slow twitch muscle fibers?
Does it mean I'm more prone to endurance (high reps at lighter weight)?
