    pull ups

    hey everyone couple quick questions,

First of all i have a multifunctional pull up/push up/dip bar my question is, would it be effective to do sets of each exercise every morning when i wake up and then at night beofre bed? would i see good strength and muscular results or would this eventually be to much and to frequent training for these bodyparts, this is also while lifting pretty intensly 4 days a week for about an hour? i appreciate the help and thanks again.

Im probably going to get flamed for this but yes, doing pull ups every morning will get you stronger and possibly result in a size increase. As long as you eat enough, it doesnt matter how much of something you do.
you can never over train...just under eat- trey brewer

yep thats bad advice . dont listen to anything he just said lol. if your spending 4 days in the gym, i wouldnt use it as a main focus of your training, maybe using it to stretch the muscles in the morning or getting a quick pump to get the blood flowing.
