Hi ive been told that vit B5 helps alot with spots while on steroids.
So i went into my chemist the other day and he told me this vit can only be suscribed by your doctor
Has anyone used this and if so can it be bought online safely.

Well is spots are acne, I tried at pretty high dosages and it didnt do anything but make my piss and sweat stink.
