Post-injection pain 4 inches from the site.

I recently had my 4th injection of Test Cyp. EW 30 hours ago; A dorsogluteal injection into my right glute. About 24 hours after the injection I began feeling a kind of tightness about 4 inches from my injection site. It's pretty much 1cm to the right of my ass crack, and just feels like my muscle is very tight and tender. It's not warm to the touch, or showing any redness.

Think it's just a tightness in muscle right there, or something potentially serious? Or do I need to wait it out? Just being cautious. I'll update if anything occurs.

Alright man thanks. Just a quick note, I did some pretty intense sets of barbell lunges right before i noticed the pain there, may be a connection but I'm not sure.
