    Need Some Help..

So im new to the whole steroid thing but im doing my research, but that is for a different thread/day. Right now im just wanting some help finding the right workout schedule for me. Im 17, 136lbs, 5'10'' and have been working out on a daily basis for about 6 months now. I've seen a substantial improvement from 6 months ago but the improvements arent good and fast enough. I think its because im not doing the right workouts. Please help me. I would just like to find a weekly schedule of workouts i should do on what days to see improvements. Right now im not talking about workouts on cycles of anything. Thanks.

    Current workout schedule is

monday- chest, biceps, triceps, shrugs, fly, incline, and abs
tuesday- legs, back, bicpes, triceps, dips, , abs

and i just switch off every other day.

    post your workout, please.
But considering your weight and your height i'd say the problem is your diet and not so much the workout.

You're right. You need a different schedule for sure. You're doing way too much. Try something simple. Chest one day, back one day, legs one day etc.etc. There's plenty of workout suggestions here somewhere. I'd start in workout sticky's maybe.
Looks as if your diet might be off as well. Stick around and do a lot of research on those two topics to get your feet wet.
While you're here you might want to read the rules as well. Don't want you to get into trouble.

Everyone's right about the diet. Also do the major compound lifts, Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Squats. Split of course, then get out of there and EAT.

Just look at some of the training logs and workout logs people have posted and put together one you think looks decent to you, then post it on here and we will critique it. There isn't just 1 best workout that will work forever or everyone would just be doing that one. You need to change it up every 6-8 wks to keep your body from adapting to the workout which will make gains very difficult.

Also go into the diet section and look at some of the bulking diets and try to put together something you think you can stick with and then post it and let people critique that as well.
