This is my killer leg workout which usually i only go crazy on one part of the leg per workout, but if i wanted to go crazy on every leg muscle in one workout this is what i'd do
3 supersets of squat and leg extension
Squat
Leg extension
4 dropsets
hacksquat or leg press
5 dropsets
Leg Curl
This is the killer, Superset these 2 with no rest in between, continue until it is impossible to do 1 rep, then lower the weight and keep going, continue to do this until u can no longer do 1 rep with no weight
Donkey calf raise
Seated calf raises
With the leg xtensions and leg curls, make sure u flex your leg for 2 seconds at the end of the positive rep, then of course lower slowly and repeat
I have never actually done this workout before, normally i do a regular workout for 2 of the leg parts and go crazy on the other one, i never go crazy on all of my legs in one workout
If u are able to stand at all or even walk after this workout then u have not done it right
