I just got my 2 bottles of Test Cyp, each bottle is 10ML. I was told to do 2 mg a week for 10 weeks for a 10 week cycle. Does that sound right or should I break it up and do 2 shots a week?

I believe you mean 200mg/ml, so 2 ml per week is 400mg. that is a good first cycle, I would shoot 2ml every 3.5 days. you will need PCT at the end.
I have nothing for PCT to be honest with you! I did test before and had no problems! What is your advice on that

ok calm down!! 5'10 188 pounds about 14% BF lift approx 4-5 times a week. Diet is nothing that great but I watch what I eat but im not a stickler on it.

4 meals a day, been lifting for about 6 years, used test in college twice approx 12 years ago. I know about the the PCT and the estrogen I just did nt get any,, at least not yet. I want to add sum size and also stay cut.
I asked for a diet summary...
EXAMPLE:
Meal 1 7:00 AM
8 eggs. 80G's of Oats. 4oz of Steak.
Meal 2 9:30 AM
6oz of Chicken. 4oz of Brwn Rice.
ETC....
So you do know about estrogen control and PCT.. Ok, gotcha...
So whats your PCT look like for this proposed cycle?

A bit much for a first cycle I'd say... I think you meant a total of 2ml per week with a 1ml injection every 3.5 days...
Since you insist on doing the cycle without putting forth the effort to learn everything you should know before ever starting a cycle, why should others go out of their way to help you?
Like was before, "diet is 80% of bodybuilding." Your diet is obviously less than satisfactory and judging by the other posts you've made your pct is likely non-existent as well. You're just asking for problems and wasting your money:
