    Expired?

    I bought some Sust 250 recently and was examining the bottle today. Looks like I was jewed! Expired this month! The question I have is, although its expired, what are the benefits (if any still) and side effects of still taken the sust?

    its fine .aas can last years past its ex date as long as its been stored right(room temp out of direct sunlight)

    It will be perefectly fine I would use something that was a few years expired if it was properly sealed and looked right.
