I have just finished a cycle of test and eq and am currently doing my pct but have come by some ECA. Would it be worth taking them now to lose a bit of extra body fat or keep them till my next cycle ?

u can do eca after your done with your pct.. just make sure your getting enough protien in.. and dont lower your caloric intake... start off slow... do a 20/200/81 serving in the morning for the first few days and then add another serving in the afternoon.. make sure you dont take eca after 3pm... ull have a hard time sleeping
eca wiyh high calorie?
not high calories, act as if you were doing a cutting cycle.. eat just enough.. i.e 1.5 g protien per pound of body weight and about 250 under your maintaining caloric intake...
can use eca in bulking!
ECA can be appropriately and effectively used any time you want to cut, i.e. on, after, or between cycles. It's taking the stack while bulking that is unproductive, this would be tantamount to running Dbol and a high calorie diet in conjunction with Var and Clen...NONSENSICAL!![]()
