    Smile Hey can i get a hand on my diet please

    Hi guys, i currently train 6 days a week, just finished competing and would like to do a clean bulk this year, so was wondering if i can get a hand, please send me some thoughts on what you think.

    height: 6ft
    weight:185.2 pounds

    CLEAN BULK DIET

    5.00am: 1 sachet of Oats, 1 scoop of WPI Protein and 1 chopped apple

    6.15am: Weight Session

    7.30am: Post Workout Shake, 1 Banana

    10.00am: 1 of following:
    1½ Cups cooked basmati rice with beans and half can of tuna in brine
    1½ Cups cooked basmati rice with Kangaroo mince sauce and peas
    1½ Cups cooked pasta with beans and half can of tuna in brine
    1½ Cups cooked pasta with Kangaroo mince sauce and peas

    1.00pm: 1 of following:
    1 Cups cooked basmati rice with beans and half can of tuna in brine
    1 Cups cooked basmati rice with Kangaroo mince sauce and peas
    1 Cups cooked pasta with beans and half can of tuna in brine
    1 Cups cooked pasta with Kangaroo mince sauce and peas

    4.00pm: WPI Protein Shake and 8 Rice Cakes flavored

    6.00pm: 250g grilled Chicken or 250 g Rump Steak with Perri-Perri Nando Sauce lettuce, cucumber and celery with fat free dressing and broccoli with 100g sweet potato

    7.00pm: 45 Min Cardio Session

    8.00pm: Night Shake Moose with half punnet strawberries

    Weekends splurge on whatever i feel like

    Couple questions, how much is in a sachet of oats? And is that just plain oats or the sugar added kind?
    Also what is Kangaroo mince sauce?
    I think your 10 and 1:00 meals could use some more protein
    If possible try to get more of your protein from real food (Maybe keep the PWO shake but try to integrate as much as you can on the other meals.
    At 4pm I would substitute the rice cakes for some red potatoes or sweet potatoes.

    If you can add up the total macros for each meal as well as the daily totals we'll be able to help more. Just from the looks of it, it seems like your meals may be a little off-balance.

    glad to see ya joined up bro check out fitday.com, put in your food choices and it will and up your macros for each meal and total calorie intake for the day

    its plain oats
    Kangaroo mince is a type of meat i cook a whole 5pds last me a week

    good site just cant find kangaroo mince

    if it has the macro nutrients on the pack you could just type it in the custom food section but im guessing you get it from the deli...?try calorieking.com you mite be able to find it on there
