Diet is sorted just wondering how much cardio and weights . . .
Can i apply the same for rules for men to women. . . .
So far i'm thinking circuit training 3 times a week involving pull ups, dips, squats, deads plus cardio 5 times a week in the mornings for an hour bike and cross trainer.
She is a little concerned about bulking up too much, she is already pretty muscly, so i'm wondering whether to cut down the circuit training, obviously keeping the weights low with high repetitions.
What do you guys think?
