    Swimming Workout

    Because I hate running so much I am looking at alternative sources for cardio. I have always heard that swimming comes very highly recommended but i have no idea of what sort of workout to do. Just swim laps till I am tired? Sprints? If any one has ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

    i alternate between lags and sprints. it takes time to build a base. but it is a great workout. big pumps in your chest, delts, traps, and arms.
