What do you wanna know. You can do a search on google and get a lot of info on prohormones. If their is a particular one you are interested in. Do a search for that one on here and you may find something. But you probably wont get much support on here for prohormones.

    What are you the punter?

You look pretty small.... Not a flame just suggesting you could start with a better diet plan...

You dont have a profile pic...

And right on i feel you, i just meant it as you could probably achive your goals with better nutrition...

Whats your 40 time? BTW, there is a section for athletes here... Youll get a better response from former or current players..

we get randomly tested at any point in the season, or offseason but that never happens. the testers come and have 4 or 5 random names and they go and get piss tested. there are ways to avoid these tests (ie, when our coach sees 3 suits standing on the side of the field "anyone gota "work"? ok get the $#@! outa here"

so no testing is not a huge issue

    Cool coach! lol

yeah i have a few ideas for you bro... My lil bro plays D-1 and is a freshman...

Ill tell you what, lets see the diet and go from there. Thats the best place to start.

    Lets see these

    bf%
    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

o no way what pos is ur bro?

bf%: been a while since i checked it using calipers. no more then 10% now.

diet summary/# meals per day: my diet does have a lot of carbs. rice, potatoes, pasta, oatmeal.. i eat chicken breasts for supper 4 times a week at least. (if you are/were a student you will understand lol) usually eat egg whites for breakfast w/ toasts or harvest crunch/yogurts/fresh berries in a parfait. wraps and subs. and not much else really. usually eat 2-3 large meals a day and a few smaller meals consising of what i said above. (we are at football from 3pm-7pm during the week)

years lifting / workout split: been lifting since grade 11 but was lacking any real knowledge. been seriously lifting going on 4 years.

    cycle experience: none

pct/estrogen control knowledge: read about novadex.. not much knowledge here tho

goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...): my goals? i would like to bench 225 for a minimum of 10 times..(my current is 3-5) long term i would aim for 15-20. i would like to maintain my current speed. obvisouly faster is better but my speed is not my primary goal for improvement. and as anyone who plays ball knows a lot of ppl are given opportunities/respect based purely on what their body looks like, so yes i would like to be as cut as possible.

Hes a WR/DB... Probably gonna play FS though...

Hes about 6'2 180lb... I havent let him cycle yet, but hes on his way...

Well i definitaly know about not being able to afford or have the knowledge of eating well...

Well i can put you on a bulk diet. Roughly 4250cals and 300G's of protein... kinda $ but if you dont mind eating the same thing it could be cheaper. Ive put together a diet for myself in which i gained 35lbs on the diet(i did run one cycle while on this diet though). Ive been on it ever since.

im open to any ideas you have for diet. as far as steroids or prohormone or test etc. what do u think? my biggest concern is the side effects from steroids thats why i inquired about prohormone because i think the side effects aren't as harsh.

Not always the case but generally yes...

At the same time, why spend as much, somethimes more than actual gear for something that gives such poor results... JMO...

But anyway, i think your goals can be done with a better diet... Post up a regular days diet and ill tear it down...

Include how much it weighs and macros if you got em...

    Leave out no detail...

What are you trying to say exactly. Your 17% bf. He looks to be in the 8-10% range.

Hey buddy look into Rippetoe's 3 x5 strength training routine. Good for sport players. We all have different training methods since we are all doing something different. This would be really really good for you in building strength, its a proven routine. Also get as strong and as fast as you can before you hop on anything if your trying to go far with the sports. Diet is your foundation of growth. Good luck

k thanks i will look into it. a player on our team was extremely lucky and thru email got in touch with the strength & conditioning coach of one of the top D1 schools in the nation, and he sent us their year round workout plan. (i was very surprised). anyways the workout is amazing and i have no doubt i will see great gains with it. i am really looking for that extra edge tho. i want ppl to wish they never got out of bed after playing against me.
anyhow, 2moro ill post my workout for the day along with my diet.
