    get some clen from the Ar-r website banner located up top. ive read a lot of positive things about it being better than ephdra anyway.

    I don't think you should recommend things you haven't tried.So you are giving me advice on something that you have read about and never used. I'm on this forum to get as close to professional advice as possible. If your advice is not that and you have never used the stuff Why would you give it. Just to make a post, go to the lounge until you have real experience.

    Clen is much more potent in my opinion. Go to your local pharmacy and purchase "Bronk Aid" if you want ephedrine. http://www.bayercare.com/bronkaid.cfm Stick to the ECA stack but if you're too sensitive to the ephedrine try taking 12.5mg per dose at first then take the entire pill when you've built up a tolerance. Just like clen I believe ECA is best ran in cycles; 2 weeks on, 1 week off and repeat is what I've done for best results. In the weeks you're off try drinking a cup of black coffee/tea before your cardio to give you that extra boost.
