    Question Need help bulking up

    I'm 173 with really low bf 7-9% and a fast metabolism. I was wondering what should I do to bulk up with diet. I eat constantly 6-7 times/meals per day. I pretty much eat everything I can reach. I'm not juicing, just taking creatine right now. Any recommedations for a new diet for me please. Also how much protein intake should I try to eat?

    To start.
    Take 1.5g of protein per lb.
    And 2.5g of carbs per lb
    Look for 100g of healthy fats.
    Try this some weeks. I you see gains keep it this way. If you don't.
    Take 2g of protein per lb.
    And 3g of carbs per lb
    Look for 150g of healthy fats.

    raw almonds, cashews, nuts, peanuts, walnuts...
    And then healty fats contained in oils, like fish oil (tuna, salmon, sardines), olive oil...
    Those are fats that are NOT saturated fats.
