When i work out my shoulders i do the
Military press with the Barbell
for 4 sets
then in the same day later in the work out
i do the miliary press with dumbells and i thought to myself
this seems like im doing the exact same workout just with bbs and dbs
is it almost pointless?
should i just choose one or the other, alternative maybe every week
or is it completely fine to do both during the same workout ?
advice would be appreciated ..thanks
