Smile Ready to hit the gear!!

Hey guys um from Australia, 21 years old, been training solid now for 2.5 years. Bf about 15%. Height 193 cm or 6 ft 3, weight 213 pounds or 97 kilos. My goal is to gain some more quality muscle and tone at the same time. I believe I have a solid base to hit the gear. Diet has recently come together, however I would like to do a cycle and see where I stand.

All comments welcome, Any recommendations on first time cycles. I can get my hands on Test Prop and Winny. Thanks guys!

I disagree that you are ready for gear, I think that you need to diet and train harder before going on.

although you are heavy already i think that maybe some serious dieting and training you would get further naturally... just my 2 cents worth

How recently has your diet come together? And what is your diet? When younger it's incredible the gains you can get from a proper diet. Maybe hold out a little longer on the gear side of things.

Only you can really decide if your ready or not mate, be good to see some photos from a year ago to see how much effort you've been putting in, might give you an idea of how much work is involved in training a bit more without the juice to get to your goals

as stated above, I would work on the diet alot more, I think you can put on a decent amount of muscle with that alone.
Post your diet up in the diet section so the experts here can help,
plus it might be a good idea to include your goals?

im 4 inches shorter than you and i weigh more than you and 2 years younger..
i think you should really head over to the diet section get your diet revamped, train like a nutter and when ur tottaly nackered and everyone is proud of your results, jump on the juice wagon.

    I gotta agree with everyone...

Your base is not good enough to start on gear.

You still have a lil ways to go.

2.5 yrs lifting weights isnt as long as you think. also, have you been on a good (read: massive calorie surplus) diet for those 2.5 yrs? that is what will make the difference. the best bodies are made in the kitchen.
i got to 215 naturally at 6'1, started at 145, but it took about 6-7 yrs of constant dedication. i am an extreme ecto, so i do know the feeling of thinking you are trying hard and not gaining more weight.. just try and remember these things take time, especially after your initial 'noob' gains. good luck with whatever you choose to do!

You need to bulk up, and at the present time, for your own benefit you must do it naturally so you can take the most out of your 1st cycle. Give it a couple of years with the proper diet and dedication at the gym and you won't regret it.

I agree with what everyone else has said as far as waiting it out a litle longer.

To answer your question id recommend you see if you can get your hands on some longer acting test for a first cycle. Prop is my favorite but its not a good 'first time' aas because of the daily injections and pain.

Something like this would be the norm:

    Week 1-12 Test eth/cyp @ 400-500mg/week
    Week 15-16 Nolva @ 40mg/day
    Week 17-18 Nolva @ 20mg/day

Hey guys, thankyou all for your comments, they r very much appreciated. Um these photos r about 3 months old, ill put new ones on. What a lot of people dont know here on this site and at my gym is that I used to be over weight back in high school days, hence y i still have a bit of baby fat. Ive come along way in terms of progress without n e 1s help.
Ive seen people who have no clue about lifting and diet, hit the gear double up in size in 10 weeks and keep 5 kilos of quality muscle.. and these r ur everyday guys who drink on the weekends and dont even stick to any diet. CMON GUYS LETS BE REAL. Um not new to lifting or this site. Ive trained like an animal probably over trained last few years, so now i recon its time for a lil treat dont u guys think. And hopefully it l give me sum motivation to keep at it..

BY THE WAY U R RIGHT THO, A CLEAN DIET IS THE KEY TO GROWTH.

yea im natural, just protein for me...
but im looking at running some Test when my finances allow me and my travel schedule doesnt exist.

I think that if you took some Test, you would indeed gain muscle, theres no doubt there.
But i rekon if you head over to the diet forum, get a super diet... practice it for a month or two and perfect it, combine that with some AAS and you will gain double.. if not tripple the amount of muscle.

same with my opinion, compound movements, good diet, and plenty of protein first.

Look man, i have cycled pro-hormones at 16 and if you do something safe and right you can. It will not screw up your liver or mess with your nuts. I put on 20lbs of muscle in about a month in a half and if you post cycle properly you can keep it all on. Just don't do it half ass and you will be fine.

DON'T CYCLE! You have a LONG way to go my friend.

LISTEN to the advice you are being given by the above posts, you are NOT ready to cycle, no where near it. I'm 5'8 (173cm) and weigh a few kg's less than you. Eat, eat, eat, lift heavy, sleep big, and repeat. The results will come. Steroids are a waste of money for you at this point. Stay natural, get to a size where people are amazed at your size, and everyone asks you "do you take steroids?"...at that point you should be close to ready for a cycle

Good job with the weight loss, but like everyone is saying, stick to what you are doing, grow as much as possible and then reconsider the juice.
