Im currently not on any gear getting ready to start a cyc in the next couple months. I have a very twisted schedule and was wanting some help on planning my diet. I manage/bartend a bar. Mon Thurs and Fri i am closing the bar and not usually getting to sleep any earlier than 330 or so. And also work all day long about 6 days a week. Therefore i dont get up at the ass crack of dawn on nights i close. I still usually make it up by 10 or so. Im 5'9 175lbs and am trying to get my diet down but its tough with all the chaos in my schedule. Im looking to bulk but i really would like to do some cuttting too. (mainly get rid of my beer belly) Really would appreciate some help with my diet
