after hours of research and reading i am going to be taking these supplements for the next month.
Methyl 1-D ......Formadrol for PCT
I-GH-1 (these 3 are a part of the LG stack)

along with my regular sups..
NO Xplode/Nitrix for Preworkout
CellMass for Postworkout (may use another cheaper creatine cellmass kills the wallet)
100% ON protein
ZMA's before bed
EFA softgels daily (should i replace with fishoils?)
Multivitamin



apx. 3500-4000 calories a day, and as much protein as possible me being a busy student.

any commentes or suggestion are welcome as iv never taken a prohormone b4. i will log my progress here and try and get some pictures. i wont be starting for another week so feel free to make any suggestions at all. i will test some lifts before i start and post them, so u can see my improvements.

I think its a waste since it has two chances to aromitaze to estrogen and the effectiveness of the DHEA is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY over exaggerated. Studies state supplementation has no effect on lean body mass, strength, or test levels. So more than likely its just a bottle of pimples for you, seriously..

I agree with reed. You'll probably see better results from the cellmass and no explode than lg crap stack. Waste of money bro. If your tryin to do a prohormone stack then do it right with real prohormones. So many fake prohormone wannabes out there like this crap. Waste of money imo. Could be better spent on more food and real prohormones.

I have taken that crap too.. Gave me Bacne, and that was about it.. Money is better spent on another tub of Protein IMO

i bought 2 of the LG stacks and sold them both off.. i think i made a combined 10$ profit lol. currently running h-drol and its great.
