I hear you but my first 4 were rather 1/2 assed and in all honesty I did not do near enough homework. With that in mind should I stick more to the Beginner Cycles? In the past I had breaks in cycle due to not being able to have all the gear on hand and my diet was lacking in certain areas. I have bodyfat where is needs to be and diet is absolutely in line for some enormous gains. So I was essentially just trying to figure out if one of the Beginner cycles is the best way to get back into it or if I should go with something a little more intense. Thanks for all the help bro.
