    Tbol & Test E
    - Don't want to puff up, as I hate the water retention.

    I can't recall how much Tbol I took lastime, as I ran out real early - and this was some time ago.
    So I wonder how much is a good dose [@ 210pds 6'2 13%]

    Test E will be anywhere from 500mg(like last time) to 750mg (stepping it up a notch)
    I just wonder what the extra 250mg will do for me?

    take .25mg arimidex for bloat...not sure on the tbol dose...think 30mg...that is a shot in the dark...i dont remember tbol....i'd say replace the tbol with methyl tren

    if this is your second cycle 750 is too much imo...600 will give you the umph you are looking for....

    what is your age, cycle history, bf%, goals, etc

    I assuming this is your second cycle...correct me if I'm wrong.

    No need to bump the test up and you can search for the correct dosage of TBol.

    Methyl Ten?!

    how long are you looking to run the cycle for and how long do want to run the tbol? IMO your tbol dose is gonna be dictated by the duration you run it.

    Common dosage for tbol is 60 mg.

    Damn no this is def not my second cycle.
    I've run:
    Tren Ace, Test Cyp, Clen, Winny & ECA, Test E & Tren Ace (had to stop that stack when my hair began covering my sink...)

    I'm 25.
    13-14% (working HARD on lowering it with diet and circuit training)
    been training for 7 years.

    Yeah I will run A-dex, thank you!
    any other tips?
    Tbol - 60mg, hmm, that sounds familiar.
